This document is a Gujarati translation of the Jain Agam Sutra 13, Upanga Sutra 2, known as "Rajprashniya," authored and edited by Muni Shri Dipratnasagarji. It provides detailed accounts of the deities, their seating arrangements, the music, dance, and festivities that take place.

A significant portion of the text is dedicated to the philosophical discourse between Prince Pradeshi, who holds the belief that the soul and body are one, and Keśikumar Shraman, who elucidates the Jain principles of the soul and body being distinct entities. Pradeshi's skepticism is gradually dispelled through allegorical explanations by Keśikumar Shraman, ultimately leading to Pradeshi's acceptance of the Jain doctrine and his decision to become a follower.

The latter part of the text shifts to the previous life of Suryaabhadra, describing his birth as a prince named Dadhiparna (also referred to as Pradeshi Raja in his previous life) in the city of Sayaviya. It details his father's corrupt rule and the positive influence of Keśikumar Shraman on both Pradeshi and his attendants, leading to their spiritual transformation. The text further narrates the virtuous life and eventual rebirth of Pradeshi as Suryaabhadra, highlighting the karmic consequences of one's actions.
